​​Healing Sessions:


In the event that we find it necessary to cancel your session,

We will contact you immediately via phone and/or email and refund any payment made to us within no later than 48 hours via the original form of payment. Unless due to emergency, we will make every attempt to notify you no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. 


We understand there will be circumstances beyond your control and you may find you must cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice. When this happens  ... please read below for our policy.

 

In the event you cancel with more than 24 hours notice:

We will simply ask if you would like to reschedule your session for a later date.


In the event you cancel your session appointment with less than 24 hours notice: 

The first cancellation will not incur a fee. We will simply ask whether you would like to reschedule for a later date. 


In the event of a "no show":
A "no show" is when no attempt was made to contact us to cancel your session appointment.  


After the first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or no-show:

 A cancellation charge of $25.00 is due.  Under certain circumstances, we may choose to waive this surcharge.  We maintain the right to waive this fee as we deem appropriate.

 

Classes/Workshops/Events:


In the event that we cancel:

Any and all class, workshop or event for any reason such as insufficient student registration, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you either a full refund of your prepayment or a credit in the amount of your payment which can be applied toward any other class, workshop or event, This payment credit will be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of the cancellation of the original class, workshop or event.


We understand that there will be unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances in your life that prevent you from attending one of our classes, workshops, or events, for which you have prepaid.  When this happens....  please read below for our policy.


In the event you cancel or are a "no show":


Payments of $100 or less

Any and all class, workshop, or event with fee payments under $100 are not refundable*. 

We will, however, offer a credit (less a processing/handling fee) which you can apply to another class, workshop, or event.  This payment credit must be redeemed within 120 days from the date of your cancellation or you forfeit the credit. 


Payment of more than $100

Any class/workshop fee payment over $100 is partially refundable* if cancellation is made within 14 days prior to class.  All cancellations with less than 14 days prior to the class are not refundable.  We will, however, allow you to transfer the payment credit to another class/workshop.  This payment credit must be redeemed within 120 days from the date of your cancellation or you forfeit this credit. 


 *All prepayments of over $100.00 are subject to a 3%  processing/handling fee (per class/workshop/event) which is non-refundable in the event you cancel or do not show up for the class, workshop, or event once your payment has been processed. 


How do I let you know?

The cancellation notice must be in writing. 

 If you are eligible for a refund, written notification of cancellation must be made and delivered to us via our email (info@gentledovewellness.com)
