​This series is designed to teach you natural tools for overcoming anxiety and to help you lay the foundation for lasting change.

The Overcome Anxiety Clinic focuses on providing education that includes a step-by-step process to create your own self-healing program, to practice daily, in your own home over an 8 week time period (and beyond).

The information given in each meeting is intended to be worked through in the two weeks between sessions. A daily commitment is required to defeat anxiety – it is not a quick fix because we must literally reprogram our nervous systems!

You'll be provided a workbook, a booklet with educational support information if you want to dig-in deeper, audio recordings with guided practices, sequence sheets, and a self-regulation toolbox to help you uncover your inner power and gain control over overwhelming feelings and sensations.

You will be introduced to a neuropsychological explanation of triggers, what is happening internally when triggered, and the process of reprogramming our responses to get rid of triggers. Conscious use of self-healing tools is profoundly liberating when combating the debilitating effects of anxiety and feelings of being stuck.

Learn breathwork, meditation, and gentle movement techniques that help to break the psychological, behavioral, biochemical, and physical cycles that keep anxiety in your life, and to eventually completely overcome anxiety.

A take-home program with daily exercises and lifestyle suggestions will be handed out as well as a guided meditation mp3s. The combination of the methods that we explore is very powerful. Yoga Therapy is a blend of traditional Yoga practices, Ayurveda, Alternative Medicine, and modern medical science. We will also explore nutrition, aromatherapy (unless someone in the class has EO sensitivities), sound healing, and movement. The more you know about anxiety and how to defeat it, the more empowered you become to drive your own self-healing journey. Not all methods work for everyone, but there are one or more methods that will work for all.
