My mission is to create ripples of healing in the suffering of humanity. I specialize in working with people who struggle with GAD, PTSD, CPTSD, and depression. After many years of walking the path of alternative and holistic healing, I am honored and humbled to be able to share this work with you. I am here to support you in your blossoming with one-on-one complementary healing services, accessible self-help resources, and training courses to help you find your unique magic as a healer. Together, may we create tidal waves of healing!

Mary has been practicing yoga along with her husband George for over ten years.  As a retired elementary school teacher, she ties together her love of teaching with her passion for yoga.

Mary is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance. She completed an intensive 200- hour teacher training program at MOYO Yoga Studio in Skippack, PA., and received continuing education hours from Jade Yoga School earning a Yin Yoga certification. 

Class fee $12 per class or pre-purchase a package -  6 classes for $60

Yoga Classes 

with Mary Feoring, RYT -200 

Move, breathe, balance and stretch.  Bring awareness to your breath and body through gentle movements and attention to your breath.  The potential benefits of this yoga practice include calming the mind, improving joint mobility and flexibility, building strength, and developing balance.

No prior yoga experience is needed. This practice can be done with the support of a chair.  The instructor will work to meet the individual needs of the participants.

Gentle, Slow Flow Yoga Practice 

Nourish your mental health and wellness with mindful body-based practices.  This group class is designed to help you drop into the present moment and connect with the wisdom of your body to lead a more aligned and self-possessed life. 


Connect deeply with your senses, befriend your body as the vehicle of your life, cultivate healing and harmony within.

Appropriate for all levels.  Especially beneficial for those living with anxiety, depression, and trauma. 

Ages 18+

$15 per class - pre-register and prepay online is required for the classes

$48 when you purchase all 4 classes together
