Membership Subscription Terms and Conditions
Termination of your membership
Membership can be terminated by us when the member is not in full compliance with the terms of this agreement.
Membership can be terminated by the member at any time, however, all member terminations will be effective until the last day of the membership period and will not automatically renew.
*In the event that the member has not returned all lent books at the effective termination date, we will bill the member for the expense of replacement of the unreturned book(s). Member agrees to all of these conditions without recourse.
Notice of termination by us will be given in the electronic form sent to the email address provided for the sending of notifications.
Reinstatement:
In the event, the member wishes to reinstate their membership (providing the member has no unreturned books or no outstanding bills for unreturned books) a member will be required to provide an additional security deposit of $30.00 (which will be refunded after a period of one year if there are no violation of the terms and conditions of their membership during this one year period)

Membership Fees:
Standard Annual Membership Fee - $20 Fee (allows the member to borrow 1 book at a time)
Premium Annual Membership - a one time $40 Fee (allows the member to borrow 2 books at a time)
Our Privacy Guarantee:
We shall not ever sell or rent Members' personal information to third parties. We shall store and process Members information on computers located in the United States that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices.
No Agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchiser-franchisee relationship is intended or created by this agreement.
Terms
Standard Annual Membership entitles the member to borrow one book for a period of 30 days. You have an option to extend your loan an additional 30 days as long as no other member has placed a hold on this book.
Conditions
Member shall fill in the accurate and correct contact information requested in the Membership Application form on this site.
Member shall be required to promptly update their contact information with us when there is any change either in person, by phone, text, or via email :
Premium Annual Membership entitles the member to borrow 2 books for a period of 30 days. You have an option to extend your loan an additional 30 days as long as no other member has placed a hold on this book.
