In the event that we find it necessary to cancel your session, we will contact you immediately and refund any payment made to us within no later than 48 hours via check sent to you through US Postal System.
We understand there will be circumstances beyond your control and you may find you must cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice. When this happens ... please read below for our policy.
In the event of a "no show":
A "no show" is when you did not attempt to contact us to advise us that you were not able to attend and needed to cancel your session appointment. It this situation, if you had prepaid for this session your prepayment will not be refunded or credited. Of course, if there are mitigating circumstances that are valid, we may reconsider this policy and offer a refund or credit.
In the event you cancel with more than 24 hours notice:
We will simply ask if you would like to reschedule your session for a later date.
In the event you cancel your session appointment with less than 24 hours notice:
The first cancellation will not incur a fee. We will simply ask whether you would like to reschedule for a later date.
After the first cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, there will be a charge of $10.00 to reschedule your next appointment. Under certain circumstances, we may choose to waive this surcharge. We maintain the right to waive this fee as we deem appropriate.
In the event that we cancel a class, workshop or event for any reason such as insufficient registration, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of your prepayment or a credit in the amount of your payment which can be applied toward any class, workshop or event, This payment credit will be valid for a period of 120 days from the date of the cancellation of the original class, workshop or event.
We understand that there will be unforeseen circumstances in your life that prevent you from attending one of our classes, workshops or events, for which you have prepaid. When this happens.... please read below for our policy.
In the event you need to cancel:
Any and all class/workshop fee payments under $100 are not refundable*.
We will, however, allow you to transfer the payment credit to another class/workshop. This payment credit must be redeemed within 120 days from the date of your cancellation or you will forfeit this credit.
Any class/workshop fee payment over $100 is partially refundable* if cancellation is made within 30 days prior to class. All cancellations with less than 30 days prior to the class are not refundable. We will, however, allow you to transfer the payment credit to another class/workshop. This payment credit must be redeemed within 120 days from the date of your cancellation or you will forfeit this credit.
*All prepayments of over $100.00 contain a $15.00 processing/handling fee (per class/workshop) which is non-refundable in the event you cancel your class, workshop or event once your payment has been processed.
How do I let you know?
The cancellation notice must be in writing. If you are eligible for a refund, written notification of cancellation must be made and delivered to us. Any payments made by you over and above $25.00 (processing/handling fee) will be refunded to you within 7 business days after your notice of cancellation is received by us
